Mi8 has

This offer includes only Mi8's standard features for hosted
Microsoft Exchange Service, as described on other pages of this
website. This offer expires July 30, 2005, and is valid for new
customers only, for companies based in North America only.
Note: maximum of 100 mailboxes for free migration services;
companies with more than 100 mailboxes to migrate will receive
special discounted pricing on migration services.
Additionally, Mi8's migration service included in this offer is
limited to server-based mailbox contents, Global Address List, and
public folder contents; it does not include custom or third-party
applications running within public folders, or any other type of
data or content.
