Below are file downloads and documentation for Exchange 2003 customers.

Download Q Admin for Exchange 2003
FastInstall has been replaced with a new and improved application. Please
use our new Outlook Configuration
Tool to configure your Outlook client to connect to the Mi8 Exchange 2003
Environment. Instructions for using this application can be found here in the
Outlook Configuration Tool User Guide.
Microsoft Outlook 2003 (Size: 173Mb) - Installs Outlook 2003. Requires an installation key from Mi8 Customer Support
(mi8support@apptix.com). After installation you must run FastInstall (downloaded above) to configure the software. Users must also install the
Outlook 2003 Software Patch below.

Software Patch for Outlook 2003 - All Outlook 2003 users that have installed Outlook 2003 should download and install this patch to ensure smooth operation. If you have Outlook 2003 Service Pack 2 (SP2) you do not need to install this patch.
*Special Outlook 2003 note: When you install Outlook 2003, earlier versions of Outlook will be upgraded, but your other Microsoft Office products (such as Word) will not. Outlook functions that require Word will therefore be affected, and you will no longer be able to use Word as your e-mail editor, use the MailMerge feature to create e-mail messages, or send files using the Mail Recipient command. If you want to continue using these Word features, you must upgrade your Microsoft Office suite to version 2003. Also, you may experience difficulties reinstalling your previous version of Outlook once you have upgraded to Outlook 2003.
Microsoft Outlook 2002/XP (Size: 240Mb) - Installs Outlook 2002/XP. Requires an installation key from Mi8 Customer Support
(mi8support@apptix.com). You must also install Service Pack 2 separately.
Service Pack 2 (Size: 123Mb)
Mi8 AddIn for Outlook (Size: 99Kb) - installs Mi8 proprietary software and should only be used with specific instructions from Mi8 Customer Support.
Mi8 AddIn for Outlook 98 (Size: 119Kb) - installs Mi8
proprietary software and should only be used with specific instructions from Mi8 Customer Support.

Download QAdmin for Exchange 2003
FastInstall Version 4.0 for Exchange 2003 (Size: 168Kb) - Use this application after downloading and installing Outlook (below), or to configure your existing Outlook software to connect to Mi8's UK hosted email servers.
Requirements:
1) Outlook 2000 installed on your system in Corporate Workgroup mode, OR
2) Outlook 2002/XP (available for download below), OR
3) Outlook 2003 (available for download below)
