Mi8 will cooperate with the EU Data Protection Authorities and the
Department of Commerce to resolve any complaints and disputes
arising in connection with its privacy policy. All Mi8 employees
will be required to be familiar with and adhere to this privacy
policy. Mi8 will investigate any reported complaints of violations
of its privacy policy and will take prompt remedial action where
violations are found. Dispute resolution provisions in Mi8’s client
contracts will be followed.
The above prohibitions against disclosure of
personally-identifiable information are subject only to the
following exceptions:
- Mi8 may disclose your personally-identifiable information to
third parties as required by court order or rule or other
similar order or rule of any nation or state. Even in this
circumstance, Mi8 will do everything in its power to disclose

- Mi8 may disclose your personally-identifiable information to
third parties who deliver information from us to you for the

UNSOLICITED EMAIL
Mi8 does not send "junk" or unsolicited bulk email known as
"spam." Mi8 will, however, use email in some cases to respond to
inquiries, confirm purchases, or contact customers or sales
prospects who have previously demonstrated an interest in Mi8’s
services. Some of these transaction-based emails are automatically
generated. Anytime a customer or visitor receives email it does not
want from Mi8, other than these transaction based generated emails,
the customer can request that Mi8 not send further email by

Mi8’s newsletters are optional benefits for customers,
resellers, system administrators and newsletter subscribers to
