Welcome to Mi8! To start accessing your Hosted Exchange mailbox,
calendar and other facilities, you will need Microsoft Outlook software
installed on your PC, and it must be configured to reach our system.
If you are using a PC and you already have Outlook 2000, 2002/XP,
or 2003 installed on your computer, you can use our FastInstall tool
(below) to automatically configure the software to reach our servers. If
you do not have Outlook installed, you can download the Outlook installer
from this page (below), install Outlook on your PC, and then download and
run the FastInstall tool.
Macintosh and UNIX users should contact Mi8's Client
Support Services.

Microsoft Outlook 2003
Description: Installs Outlook 2003
on local PC. Requires an installation key from Mi8 Client Support
Services: CSS@mi8.com.
After installation, user must run FastInstall (download above) to configure
the software.

Note 2: to request Outlook 2003 in other languages, please email
Mi8 Customer Support at css@Mi8.com
Note 3: When you install Outlook
2003, earlier versions of Outlook will be upgraded , but your other
Microsoft Office products (such as Word) will not be upgraded. Outlook
functions that require Word will therefore be affected, and you will no
longer be able to use Word as your e-mail editor, use the MailMerge
feature to create e-mail messages, or send files using the Mail Recipient
command. If you want to continue using these Word features, you must
upgrade your Microsoft Office suite to version 2003. Also, you may
experience difficulties reinstalling your previous version of Outlook
once you have upgraded to Outlook 2003.

patch to ensure smooth operation.
If you have Outlook 2003 SP2, there is no need to install this
patch.
